Community Forums: Does anyone have a simple script to edit an attribute?

So i'm just looking for a script which just basically edits the value of an ability with say !Ability -@{Selected|Strength} -1d4 etc or whatever I substitute 1d4 with? I'm sure one has been done before but maybe someone has a more up to date one lying around. Yours Sincerely in advance!

Mmm Thanks! Though is there a way to make this alter multiple attributes at once? If there is im failing to see it :< (By once I mean with one !attrib call)
