[5e OGL] spell issue

I was hoping to switch over to use the new sheets for a on going game however I have run into a issue. Spells that I copy over from the SRD work fine however any spell I write in myself (Even if its the same stuff) doesn't seem to work. Maybe I am missing something obvious but I can't seem to get it to work to save my life.  The rolls do not show at all. No damage (I have it set to not auto roll) and no actual roll to hit.  The spell is Chromatic orb which was not in the SRD so I made it myself (The spell is normally set to ranged attack, It is not here because I was fiddling with it) All spells that come from the SRD work fine though.  The same problem is happening with another sheet as well. Different spell. 

I finally fixed this problem after a few weeks of on and off trying (Of course right after I ask for help.) When writing in your new spell go to CORE and under attacks find your new spell. Click the gear and check off attack and damage. For some reason neither one would auto check. In case anyone is having the same problem :)
