For some reason, I never thought this would happen when I grabbed the little re-size handle of the chat input. This is comical... ;-P Although, it would be WAY more beneficial if it re-sized chat output window accordingly.
Here's another little trick: Once per browsing session, you can save the horizontal position of that handle by double-clicking on it. During that same browsing session, after resizing the text chat input, you can double-click on the handle to return it to its saved horizontal position (the vertical height of the text area is reset to its default value).
