[40k - DW] Please fix the Deathwatch Character sheet. The Emperor commands it!

I hope that it isn't user error, but my players and myself cannot get the Deathwatch character sheet to function properly. It keeps generating completely wrong results for attacks and skill rolls. Please HALP!
Completely wrong...how?
Well maybe completely wrong was a bit...over-dramatic in the phrasing. How exactly do I read the macro output? is -1.5 a failure by 1 degree? is +1.5 a success by 1 degree?
Positive means you succeeded, and negative means you rolled low. Sorry, I said that wrong.  Let me rephrase: "(ahem) Lo, should you roll the blessed stones of chance, by way of striking the area to which button depression is preformed, and your faith in Him the God-Emperor is strong, untainted by impure thoughts and the touch of vile xenos and malformed mutant flesh, then thou shall see that the runes indicate a number above zero, and lo, also include a measure in which to judge thy Emperor's blessings.  Should thy faith be weak, thou conversed with vile xenos, or posses the fouled, mutated flesh, then thy runes shall indicate a negative, revealing that thy's faith in the Emperor is not simply weak, but besieged with sins against Him and his church."
That was beautiful...Verily, the Emperor of Man hath shone His light upon mine humble brow. So what do the numbers to the right of the decimal signify? Are they just remainders from the roll?
And thank you so much for your response!
The whole number (right and left of the decimal point) signifies by how many degrees of success you score.  You can safely ignore the number right of decimal point (it is a faction of a degree of success).  It exists because a) I was way too lazy to figure out how to remove it, and b) so you know how close you were to getting that extra degree of success.
Devious. Very devious. Some other questions. The sheet is calculating Unnatural Strength incorrectly. The +20 strength bonus is supposed to be added after the Marine's base Strength. Example: 50 strength becomes 5 x 2 = 10, Armor bonus is 2, 10 + 2 = 12. The sheet is calculating 14 which I assume it to be basing off the modified character strength of 70 in armor.
