[LFP][D&D 3.5e(ish)] Experienced DMs to help create Elder Scrolls table top

As the title suggests, I am looking for other experienced DMs in the D&D 3.5e system to help me develop a new table top system based on Elder Scrolls. I will be making a game solely for us to meet up and discuss it. I have some ideas currently and already have a prototype character sheet set up on Myth-Weavers. I have not seen any kind of table top like this and I want to make it a "thing". Something that we can take elsewhere into real life, or even start it here on Roll20. Though it is not d20 based, there is a Elder Scrolls RPG that is pretty good in my opinion

My intentions were to make a version that is d20 based. And I actually did not know that that existed. I might have to get in contact with this person. Looking at it though, it is based on Dark Heresy. I am trying to make one based very loosely on D&D 3.5e. I am trying to gather people to make a from-scratch system that is unique to this one. The plan is to only really use 3.5e system as a sort of inspiration, rather than a reconstructed version.
