Player randomly kicked out of game

Hi guys! Just as the Title says, one of my players got kicked out of the game for no apparent reason, I just got a message from him asking why i kicked him out. I can tell for sure i did no change in the campaign configuration, no change in the user privileges, no change at all. This lead to a very awkward situation with the player since he didn't believe me...  No sure what happened here, I looked into the forum for similar behaviors but no luck, so i'm wondering if anyone else got the same problem before? or something similar or any idea what happened here. Thanks a lot in advance!

Yes, I surely can, the thing is that it would be unpleasant if this happens again. As I said the situation with this payer was very awkward since he accused me to kick him without notice and would like to avoid it again if possible.
