Notification bug

Hello. Roll20 newb here. I'm having trouble with the notification system. The notification icon indicates that I have an unread message, but when I click on the icon, the area is blank. I don't seem to have any private messages or replies, so I assume it's either a game invitation or I have received this notification in error. I've attached an image of my problem: I am using the latest version of Firefox. I've also tried logging in with Safari and had the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have used your browsers back button, it will randomly show an old notification. If you reload your tab or click on the community button, it will go away. The devs are aware of this.
I tried those, but the problem is still there. Should I just dismiss the notifications?

Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox . Not sure about Safari (I'm assuming you are using an Apple) Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Double check everything to be sure they are disabled. Step 3: Clear your cache give this a shot for it forces your browser to reload fresh data rather that recycling the temp data. If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Step 4 gives a more complete picture of what the browser is doing behind the scenes so it is important for us to get all the information from it.
