Selecting a token does not display token options

When I or anyone in any campaign I am part of attempts to left click their token, instead of having the two bubbles pop up with token editing options and token icons, there is nothing, instead I have to click in an area where the token is not and drag the selection box until it collides with the token to make this series of option appear. It has been this way since the sites overhaul and it is the single most annoying thing about tokens and map play now. I do not know if this is an intended feature but it really shouldn't be...

Hey, Autumn . Another user has reported similar issues ; would you say that they resemble what you're experiencing? Regardless, let's try to get to the bottom of this. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you.

Yes that is the same issue I am having. I am really getting tired of these blanket responses for basic troubleshooting, this problem has persisted since the overhaul, it is happening to multiple people in many campaigns across different browsers and is in no way, shape, or form an isolated incident unique to my machine. I have cleared my cache, I have tried turning off my extensions, I have tried using both Chrome and Firefox, I have even tried to use Opera which had terrible results. I have followed very troubleshooting step (even step 4) from the last incident I had with maps (and tokens) and there was no moderator resolution then too.
Autumn -- I'm not sure what's going on here, I'm not seeing this type of behavior on my own computer, for example. The console log is very helpful in enabling us to track down what the specific issue might be. If you could get that for us we'd appreciate it. Thanks!
Step 4 Google Chrome v49.0.2623.75 Windows 7 Pro Yes Javascript is enabled  Microsoft Security Essentials Balloon, Ublock Origins and Speed Dial are my only extensions  Log If the log cannot be accessed I will need instructions on how to present it a different way. Again, you might not have the issue, but at least 6 different people across 4 different campaigns that I know of are having this bug, it isn't unique to any campaign, user, or machine.
