140 pixel or 70 pixel squares for JPG maps?

Which is the recommend size to use?  The Image Best Practices for Roll20 page indicates 70 pixels by 70 pixels per grid square, whereas the Creating Marketplace Assets page indicates 140 pixels by 140 pixels per square.  Which one is correct?

There are 70x70 pixels when viewing at 100% zoom. Since Roll20 will let the player/viewer zoom in (up to 200%), it is advised to create graphics with the higher amount of pixels so that it still looks good when zoomed. Both links are accurate, in this way.
