Dynamic Lighting not working for some players

I did a search but didn't see any similar issues posted. I have emailed support, but I am posting here as well for added exposure: I have two different games going. In both of these, the last players shown (in terms of order of video cam avatar) cannot see anything when it comes to dynamic lighting. So in one game, the fourth of four players sees pitch black, and in another the third of three players sees pitch black, while the other players are able to see their tokens, the tokens of their allies nearby, and all the dynamic lighting elements. Both players with issues attempted to use chrome and firefox, both browsers were updated with both individuals. So that rules out (at least in my opinion) an issue with their browser. I made sure the settings (has sight, etc) were properly selected the same for all characters. In fact, I even cloned a token that WAS working for a different player, put the player who couldn't see in control of it, and they still couldn't see. So that rules out (at least in my opinion) an issue with character settings (since the character was identical, just the person who controlled it was different). So my question is what could be causing only one player (and the last/far right player at that) to not have any vision with dynamic lighting when all other things are equal? Thank you for your help, and I hope I was able to articulate my issue clearly enough to help you understand it.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the dynamic lighting. If you and your players that are having issues work through the following steps to make sure it's not a cache issue, and then if 1-3 don't fix it be sure to do step 4 and get the console log from you and them as well so I can take a more detailed look at what's going on and we'll see if we can't get it working for you. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
