3d dice with power cards?

Is there any way to get 3d dice to appear when using power cards?

With the features powercards uses, it ignores all rolls when you initially click the macro button. It then does a bunch of stuff behind the scenes like adding extra rolls for repeating sections, and then pushes it through to sendChat to re-roll everything at once. I tried setting the second sendChat to trigger the 3D dice, but it never worked.
