Achievements not working on duplicate tab login

Hello there, Two people from my home just joined a game on roll 20.  We only have one desktop computer and no devices so we log in at the same time on two different tabs.  After a 4 hour chat with some of the others in the game (we had already entered the game for this), I noticed that there were no hours logged at all on my partner's profile, though I believe my profile did log hours for me.  I just wanted to make sure the achievements would still work on my partner's profile. System specs:Windows 7/ Browser:Chrome 48.0.2564.116/ Javascript and cookies enabled/ Flash version 20.0.-1 Thanks!

If you are using the same browser the system won't be able to track that you are actually different people. You can either try using "Incognito" mode for one of you or 2 different browsers, like one person on Chrome and the other on Firefox. This is more a limitation of how browsers track sessions, so there really isn't anything we can do about this specific issue, but it's super easy to work around with the things I mentioned above.
Oh, ok, That makes sense.  The Incognito feature is probably the best way to go.  Thanks for the help!
