Connectivity issues

So, I'm posting this on behalf of several members of my group. We're running a (very) large game ( Pokemon Quartz Global World) , and a significant number of our players have been having a very hard time entering the game for the past week or two. Extremely slow loading, "connection interrupted" boxes, browser crashes, it's taken a lot of forms, but ultimately, it keeps boiling down to that people can't log in, and only manage to do it after a bunch of tries, if that. I suspect it has something to do with the size of our game, as we have several "satellite" games that aren't having issues at all, even with the same people, but is there any way to figure out what we can do to ease this up? We're not sure what exactly the stumbling block is. Thanks!

Without seeing it, archive any pages you aren't using. Those won't need to be loaded by your players which helps quite a bit.
