[Interest check] Indie Game Group

So basically, the idea for this group is that we'd meet once a week to play an indie game that doesn't get a whole lot of attention from the community.  Some examples include games written by John Harper, Maid RPG, The Quiet Year, and Risus.  So this group is for people who want to expand their RPG horizons and try out some games that are hard to gather groups for.  If we find a game we really like, and want to continue it, then perhaps we'll run a full campaign of it, but I expect this group would primarily do one-shots. I wanted to start this group because I wanted to try some esoteric, oddball games that my current gaming group can't be convinced to play. Anyone interested?
I would be very interested.
I'd certainly be interested
This does sound interesting, although my favorite obscure game loses something with one shots.  It is Houses of the Blooded.  It is a game where you play low level nobles.  There are both adventures of sorts, plus taking care of your land and growing your territory.
Okay, so there are a few interested folks.  I guess the next step is figuring out when everyone's available for the game. So, my ideal time would be Saturday or Sunday afternoons, but I'll try my best to be flexible if some one wants the game to be at a different time. When does everyone else want this game to start?
I would prefer Saturday night Eastern.  Saturdays and Sundays during the day would need to be every other week, or at least let me skip certain weeks.

Thanks for the quick response!  Unfortunately, Ian, I can't meet during Saturday evenings--I'm already in a campaign that meets then.  That being said, I am okay with this being a "once every other week" type of thing.
I could do a lot of Saturday and Sunday afternoons - I'm running a campaign that meets every 3-4 weeks on Sunday or Saturday afternoon depending on people's schedules and very occasionally have work on the weekend. I'm also free most nights. I'm in EST, although I guess we're switching to daylight saving in a couple of days.

It sounds like it's hard to predict when the next game of your campaign will be.  If that's the case, we may not be able to meet at the same time every other week, which I'm okay with. We can schedule this potential group's meetings one game at a time--we'll just ascertain the next time we can all meet after the end of each game and go from there.
I am interested in playing however looking at the times I may only sporadically be able to join. I cant not Sunday unless it was very late, after 10pm est. Saturday I could earlier in the day and occasionally later. Friday evenings would work for me.  For Saturday I am pst time zone so if the game ended by 3-4pm est I could play. My availability may get better soon so maybe I can play in a few weeks. I hope your games go well.    Questions: How many players? Min/Max Would I need to bring/have anything to play? What type of voice program?

What type of voice program? 1. I've found that groups of four (4) players and one (1) GM are ideal, so we'll shoot for that number.  That being said, I'd be willing to work with as many as six (6) players or as few as three (3) players. 2. Well, depending on what game we end up playing first, you'll likely need to be up to speed on the rules of the game.  The game itself will take place on Roll20. 3. I was thinking we'd either use Skype or Discord for voice chat.
I would prefer not Skype.  Discord works nicely for me.

thank you for answering my questions. I prefer discord as well.
