If you upgraded you have to contact roll20 to reset it. Though the new sheet already has more features than the old one.

If you ultimately decide that yes, you absolutely want to use the old version of the sheet, a campaign owned by a Pro subscriber can set the campaign character sheet to "Custom" and copy & paste HTML and CSS from the  GitHub repo , which stores a  historical version of all files .
