'Statement of War' Amendments As requested by seneschal Neolandus Kalenpopolis on the day Kuthona 18 4708. Amendments for the document 'Statement of War' signed by Neolandus Kalenpopolis and the Lucky Bastards Mercenary Company in Harse, on Kuthona 18 4708. Ammendments: 1. Period of Performance: this shall continue until the establishment of a new government in Korvosa. This includes the removal of the current corrupt monarch of Korvosa and her exclusive allies, and the reinstatement of a new monarch, as selected from votes cast by persons deemed as valid for voting for a new monarch. These valid persons include (should they be available at the moment of voting): Neolandus Kalenpopolis, Cressida Kroft, Marcus Endrin, one representative from the following Houses: Jeggare, Leroung, and Zenderholm, one representative from the following Churches: Abadar, Pharasma, Sarenrae, one representative from the Lucky Bastards Mercenary Company, and any other person that the client or the other voters (by consensus) authorize for voting at the time. If any of the persons deemed as voters, or institutions they represent, is declared a supporter of the corrupt monarch, then he/she loses the privilege of voting for a new monarch. 2. Blacksmiths: Any and all blacksmith of the coalition will craft weapons for the army, any weapons left over after the retaking of Korvosa will be deemed as property of the blacksmiths that crafted them or the institutions or settlements that they represent. These owners have the option to sell these weapons to the contractor, even as part of the final payment to the contractor stated in this contract. 3. Marcus Aliendi: correct name to Marcus Endrin. 4. Final Payment upon Completion of Contract: The client is bound to provide the contractor with a deed granting the contractor an area of land suitable for the founding of a town. The client or the institution he respresents must have the right to cede this land. The land must be suitable for growth of the new settlement and it should not contain, prior to granting the deed, existing problems or hazards that threat the security of its settlers.
