I'm just starting to use Roll20.net and was going to set up some Pathfinder Kingmaker maps. I'm having the same issue. I first noticed it using the grid resizing tool and it is erasing parts of the map. When I zoom out to 10% there is only a tiny bit of the screen being used. EDIT: This is zoomed out to 10% and the available map size. Free account and wondering if that's the problem.
Would you two do me a favor by going to http://supportdetails.com/ and posting the results here (without the IP address, please)?

Okay, it looks like this is an issue we've run across before. You should be able to fix it by increasing the size of the page in the page settings ( https://wiki.roll20.net/Page_Settings ).
Thanks
Sarah ... I was being an idiot and it was really just the page size that was messing me up. I didn't realize the default size was "relatively small." A brief discussion on reddit has solved just about all my map problems for today. Lots of positives have been said about roll20.net lately in the Pathfinder subreddit .
