Player token has no view restriction

An existing player changed his character and token.  Before this was done there were no problems.  Now he can see the entire playing field and line of sight blocks do not have any effect on the player's token.  While I have placed several view restrictions on the token it still has view of the entire map.  It appears to be ignoring all the dynamic lighting sight blocks.  Refreshing the page by the player has no effect.  Deleting and regenerating the toke has not solved the problem.  Any ideas on how I can reestablish blocking of lines of sight?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please have your player carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting from before loading the specific map page and capturing some moves of the token in question, and post both your player's and your console log!)
Thank you for the quick response.  I believe we have already explored Step 1 without success.  But in any case we will begin there and work through each of the steps in the order listed.  I will be back in touch if the problem persists.
Turning off the incognito function in Chrome may have solved the problem.  Visibility restrictions seem to be at least partially if not completely functional.  Further testing in progress.
