[PF] Temporary HP idea

Currently it feels to me that the Temporary HP in the sheet is incomplete and has no function on the actual token/HP at all.  It would be great if it would be possible to make the temp hp visible on the HP bar of the token, like an extended bar within the bar (using another color, as set by the options).
