Abusive Roll20 User: Need Dev Input

Edited 1458784885
So I have a game listing that I'm recruiting for, and a Roll20 user has taken to abusing other applicants and spamming my forums there. I've asked them to stop via PM and deleted their posts (I don't know how many times) and I need something sharper to deal with this person. Update: Apparently they can restore their own posts after I've deleted them, so I've taken to editing the posts with the word 'Void'. We will see if this deters them, but it is frustrating I cannot outright ban someone from my own game listing. Update 2: Nope, doesn't deter this person.
