Handouts are getting randomly corrupted (can open, but no image/info)

So I'll make a handout. Save it, and it works fine. Then in a few hours, one of them will randomly wig out, whereas I can't open it from another linked handout - and if I manually click it, all I get is a grayed out title bar with the name of it, but no other information I added to it. This has become a severe impediment to my campaign.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, including when you make the handout and when it randomly bugs out if you can at all!) Thank you!

It seems that the problem goes away if I refresh the campaign every couple hours. So in the interest of not wasting anyone's time (and since this seems to be a rare event), we can just consider this solved. Previously corrupted files also start to work again, after reloading the campaign.
