[5e Shaped] Wild Shape Question

Alright. So I am just attempting to DM for my first time and one of the group wants to play a druid. However, while discussing about it, we ran into the wild shape feature. What is the easiest way to set this up on roll 20? (just as an FYI, we are using the 5e shaped character sheet(s)) My thought on it (while digging around) was that they would need a different sheet for the "common" shapes to represent them while in not RPing. (Since the stats and attacks change). We just felt that needing to change the stats on their character page every time they shifted was a little extreme and wondered if there was an easy (or easier) way to do this.

I have a druid as well.  I have a list of creatures that he can turn into and make sure there is a character sheet for each one.  (We have a rule that he can only pick a limited amount of creatures - 1 per druidic level).  Then I give him access to that creature.  When he has to make a save or something that his main character would do - he uses that sheet.  When he does attacks and so forth - he uses the creature's sheet.  It's the only way that I have found that is remotely workable.

Do you use NPC sheets or character sheet? And is this with the 5e shaped??
I was looking into doing that as well. The way I was going to handle it was to have an NPC sheet for the beast form(s) but input the proficiencies (skill and saving throw) and mental stats of the normal form. That way, the player should only need one sheet open. But I have yet to play with this...

When I had a druid the best way to handle it was a separate sheet for each form. The player can still toggle his proficiencies on that form. I never heard a ruling if the proficiency is just proficiency (so use the bonus of the beast) or proficiency bonus of the PC.
I mean I guess part of the issue from my prospective is (for example a bear's multistrike) special abilities the beast has. Like a multi-strike, just have them roll it 2-3 times? Or is there an easy way to have them roll one time with all the information needed.
From the SRD: Multiattack : The bear makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws . I would create a repeating attack for both the bite and the claw attacks.

Yeah.
