M&M 3e Emerald City. Have players need GM [Time undecided]

Alright so I've been trying to get a group together to play Emerald City for a while now and while I've found plenty of players but haven't had any luck with GM's. I'm at the point where this is probably my last option. I should also mention that&nbsp; I am interested in learning how to GM and as such would be happy to help if it'll make things go more smoothly. You can find my main post at the address below. Also I don't have a mic or webcam so won't be using either of those in the game. I have a group pieced together that is looking for more people but right at the moment everyone's schedule is at conflicts. Everyone is welcomed to join and maybe piece together a working schedule with the various people that know how to run the system.

oh, most of us have and prefer to use skype. We are looking at a pl10 with some house rulings with it being based in Emerald city also.
