Players saying game takes forever to load

Hi has anyone else had reports of the game taking forever to load for them? I'm currently DMing a pathfinder game and some of my maps I use a lot of images and tokens. I use the dynamic lighting and everything. I also have like 20 old pages in my campaign that I am not using but I like to go back and copy/paste textures from them because I can't remember what to search for to find them again lol. Anyways.. There are 6 clients connected to my game. 4 players, my laptop(to make sure I know exactly what the others see), and my PC which I DM from. My laptop displays the page almost instantly and sometimes even before my DM PC finishes. Both are using FireFox. The other 4 people have been having lots of loading issues the last few times we've played (over the coarse of like a month it's only happened maybe 3 times so maybe it's not too bad) 2 of them are using Chrome and say it takes just as long when they load it up on their Macs and the other two people I don't know what their browsers are. Most of the loading issues are just a big black screen like it's got fog of war that hasn't been revealed. Only 1 of 2 people will have this issue at a time and my laptop has never experienced this so I know it's not me forgetting to reveal areas. One of the players says he has a bandwidth monitor and says when he refreshes the page it starts to download a lot . He wonders if maybe it's loading textures from the pages that we're not even looking at but I don't think it is because my laptop is nearly instant. Even on my "default page" which is a 4 x 10 fog of war'd rectangle with each of the players tokens there (4) takes them a long time to load. They thought it might be the chat log so I cleared that and it didn't help them. Are there any other suggestions for me so that I can make loading times a little faster for my players?
Lots of images and tokens and dynamic lighting will take awhile to load.

Could you define how long is 'forever'?  Also, please send me a Join link and I will come take a look. As HoneyBadger stated, generally a campaign that takes a long time to load is the result of a lot of images and tokens. My Axis and Allies game can take up to two minutes to load because of all the images I have on it.  - Gauss

You might want to think about archive all the pages, sheets, and journals that you are not using. You said you have 20 old pages that are just for reference so you should just archive them to see if that helps. Out of all the pages I have I generally only have the immediate needed ones which is general 3 or 4 handy otherwise I have everything else archived. For me it is a way to reduce visual clutter but for some others they think it helps load times. I think roll20 was updated to load only what is needed immediately as it is used but I could be wrong on that. It doesn't hurt to archive your pages and you don't lose anything other that visual clutter.
"Forever" being they see a black screen (after the funny "loading" messages) where nothing changes for a couple minutes. They refresh several times and eventually they get some progress. Gauss I'll send you a link but like I said even on my default blank page, which is a tiny black square where I have their 4 tokens, takes them awhile to load. Metroknight I didn't even know about the archive page button! I'm going to try that and see if it help sand I will report back when I have tested it out! thanks!
