I see the others, they don't see me

We're playing a game on Roll20 and got this connection problem: I can see and hear the other players, and see their avatars, but they can't see or hear me. I have tried to close broadcast and receive video and voice, and turn them back on. I have checked so the program is allowed to use my camera and microphone. I have restarted several times. Nothing helps. Any idea? Thanks.
