I was playing a SWN game with friends earlier and was rolling 1d20 +3 for an appropriate check with 3D dice on and then used Shift + Enter to create a new line. In this line I made a /me remark and then hit enter to send it. Then it went through but 1d20 and 2d6 were rolling and was then followed by an additional d6 each time when it came to a complete rest. This was happening on everyone's screen as they had noticed it too and vocalized it. It stopped on turning off 3d dice and on again.
