can't disable card deck

I'm sorry if this had already been adressed. I was testing things in my game and unintentionally enabled a card deck and I can't disable it anymore. It is constantly above my avatar and name in the game area. Though I managed to reduce it .. This is a known bug or am I myself too dumb to succeed with it? XP Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem Salvaterra. Sounds like you have a card (not a deck) stuck. Try this first. Go to your setting tab inside the game and click on the show button for the deck. It should show up in the map area next to the chat. Now hover over it to have a menu show up and click on recall. It will bring up a menu and just click on recall all. Now go back to the setting tab and click on the hide button. This should solve your problem. If it doesn't then let us know and we can start the troubleshooting steps.
