Journal entries not showing up for players

Greetings all It seems at least two of my players are currently unable to access some parts of the journal - without a full review from every player i can't be certain the problem isn't more widespread. One of these players was once able to access parts of the journal they have since lost access to - i can't be certain exactly when the problem began - but it came to my attention over the previous week. The second player is a new player unable to access a new sheet i've created for them. I have no idea how to go any further - the journal and editing privileges are seemingly setup right - or in some cases, haven't changed to cause the issue. Thank you in advance for any assistance rendered.
Could you specify what you mean by "parts of the Journal "?
I mean some entries as opposed to others - some entries (Characters, handouts, folders) remain visible, while others are unavailable to these players.
Could you please verify that the Characters and Handouts in question have been set to be In Player's Journals ?
Yes, the handouts in question are In Player's Journals for either the appropriate players or for all players. Apologies for taking so long to reply on my end - thanks for your patience.
These images should prove to verify the player journal setings seem to be correct. I'm chasing up the players in question to provide further documentation. This image shows the "quests" subfolder containing the "Warlock Hunt" handout i can be certain is causing problems for a certain player. His colour (maroon) is shown next to the handout. This image shows the "In Player's Journals" entry and the permissions granted to it - "Dr Proteus" is the player who is having trouble viewing this and other handouts. The story is the same, but concerning a character sheet for the other player. In either case - i have no idea without a long interview with all players how much is missing for whom. I can get more information on the issue, but i really have no idea what to do to resolve it myself.
Could you please have all affected players carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have them thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Logs!) Thank you.
Will do. I'll be back if this problem continues. Thanks.
Thank you, Silvyre, that worked.
Glad to hear it. I'll mark this issue as resolved. Please feel welcome to open a new thread if any other issues crop up in the future.
