What's the best way to handle character sheets? [Pathfinder]

Hey guys, got a question. I've had an easy enough time figuring out Roll20 as a relative noob to both tabletop gaming and GMing in general. I bought the Pathfinder Beginner Box a while ago and since I had it laying around I grabbed a few friends and wanted to run an internet campaign. The BIGGEST problem I've found is finding a good way to keep track of stat sheets! I can't get 4 other people in one place so I can physically hand them sheets and collect them at the end of the session. I've looked at Epizephyrii's Pathfinder Character Sheet, which seems nice...but I don't really know how to handle Clerics and Wizards considering the fact that they have spellbooks and prepared spells. I've used Herolabs to generate beginner box characters and translated them into that spreadsheet, and discovered what looks to be an error in how Herolabs generates spellcasters. What do more experienced people do? All people in my group are first time gamers, including myself, so as the GM it's up to me to figure this crap out so I can explain things to them. if I can make this as intuitive as possible, the better off we'll be. Any tips that could be provided, would be appreciated.

The method I use is myth-weavers.com I have the players make up their sheets there and then they can link them to their character sheets in the journal area. Alternately, you can have them use a fillable character sheet, send it to you, then you can put it on a file hosting website. Again, link it to their sheets in the journal area and viola. Regarding spells: I type the spells that are currently memorized into my journal character sheet. Then I put an X before each one when I cast it. If you have any other tips you may need, feel free to ask. - Gauss
Hero Lab!
Obsidian Portal! :) I use it to manage the campaign, and the free capabilities include characters, and it has the Pathfinder capabilities in it.
EDIT: Whoops. Just noticed you'd already looked at the sheet I was going to suggest. I need to learn to read more carefully! I can second the suggestion for Obsidian Portal, though. I've been using that as a player and the dynamic character sheets for Pathfinder are quite decent.
Hey guys, just wanted to give you an update. I checked out Obsidian Portal, and I really like how I can manage my campaign. I went ahead and converted everything over. I honestly hope the guys that are playing with me enjoy this enough to keep playing. I've got one guy who's on the fence and has no idea what to expect. I'm DMing the game and the only DnD experience I have is Baldur's Gate 1/2 and Icewind Dale 1/2. :p Thanks guys!

In the journal bio area there is a button that looks like an hourglass on it's side. That is the link button. Click it, put the URL in, name it, and (very important), click the checkmark. - Gauss
There's a few good .pdf sheets that you can record and save data on. A simple google search will point you in the right direction.
@Gauss Excellent thanks. I've created fillable sheets for most of the games I plan to run, but will certainly have a look st myth-Weaver ;)
