problem / chat entries don't appear

hello ; i am facing problems with chat entries, they don't appear in the main window of the roll20 editor. when i click on "view all chat entries..." i can see the last entries in a correct form OR with missing entries. Randomly after i refresh the page (main roll20 editor), entries appear without formating, no templates css etc... my station : windows 10 tested on browsers : chrome 49.0.26.........and firefox 45.0.1 all pluggins and addons disabled and after i cleaned cahe. here you can see the empty chat (chrome on left, ff on right) and there the chat entries window... wich display the right things (chrome left ; ff right) thanks for reading (and excuse my english)

The Creator of the affected game should be able to fix this by Clearing the game's Chat Archive (note: not Clearing your Current Chat Log ). They might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before clearing it.
