You can't tag whole sets at once, so no. For moving character tokens between pages you can either select all of them and copy and paste them to a new page or you can link tokens to their respective character journals and you can just drag the journal to the tabletop to place a token there.
wow thanks for the help
is there a place to go for general tutoring for using map building, token use, scaling maps to size, and helpful shortcuts to creating encounters. or anything like that?   im having trouble with character journals(in generl)  and links to myth-weavers character sheets.  please help  and ty in advance.

What Metroknight said. Hopefully our Wiki has got the answers to all your questions.
so far yes.  last noob question........if i zoom a map to 100% from 80% will players see it in that perspective? or do i need to instruct them to set themselves to where i want them to see it?
I believe everyone's zoom is independent of the GM's.  You can always use Shift+Ping to drag player's views to where you want them.

Norm, even if your players set their zoom level to 80% they may not see the same amount of the board that you do because they will probably have different video resolutions and monitors.  - Gauss

By token are you just referring to the PC/NPC pogs that you place on the mini map for tactical movement or token tiles for map design? FOr NPC/PC pogs, your games monster manual (or any other manual you have purchased) just scan or if its purchased as PDF (such as Pathfinder) just copy the image and create the token (maptools has a great token maker). You can also try sites like deviantart for good demi-human, human, demon, etc. pics to use as portraits.   As for tiles, I scanned the tile books I purchased back when D&D 3.0 came out and just use photoshop to place them on a map and transfer that map to Roll20.  Hope this helps!
