I know there is the ability to /gr to make a roll privately as the GM, but is there a way to make that an inline roll to not clutter the chat box?

Use the [[ around the dice roll]] to make it inline so you could do the following to make a gm roll /gr [[3d6]] and that will show the amount rolled without the clutter it works the same as /r [[3d6]] but the /gr is the /gmroll that is what I use in my macros for secret rolls

I suggest whispering the roll to yourself.  /w GM [[1d20+5]] will not be seen by anyone except GM and still only take one line. - Gauss
