Hey guys/gals, I created a tutorial video for how I have my Monster Manual setup. You will find all macros shown in the video in the description. Additionally, I cover a pretty neat macro that allows me to randomize my monsters' life. Enjoy! Roll20 Tutorial: Setting up your Monster Manual - D&D

Nice! Still watching it, of course, but I like the concept and it looks really well done so far.
Great video! I like the emphasis on not over complicating things.

Thanks for the kind words! Yeah... it came out a little long, but I was just kind of winging it.

I liked the Health / HP randomization, and, Especially liked the part where you demonstrate how/why NOT to associate the Token Bars with Abilities/Attributes --- sometimes called the Mooks method. Since honestly most existing video Tutorials regarding Tokens+Characters are teaching how TO associate the token bars with the ability properly (as works best for an individual Character or a unique monster that has a character sheet).

Just to add to this thread. We have a wiki page that is about linking tokens to journals/sheets so those that wish to have something to read: https://wiki.roll20.net/Linking_Tokens_to_Journals
The video was good, the downside is that it uses the older sheet of the 5E-Shaped :<. The creator does not plan to support this anymore and I believe, he anticipates most people will move onto the new one which willl support Sheetworkers. Though considering you did a good job on the old one, you might consider doing one for the new sheet ^_^
It's a bit long, but I really liked it. I have to create it for myself. I guess thats for me now one of the biggest reason to get a Pro-account to share that monster-sheets.
