Record of Lodoss war

Hello, I have been watching the Record of Lodoss war Show and reading the comics over and over since I was about 13 maybe 14. I was curious as to weather or not there was a table top for it, I know the writers of the franchise were playing D&D at the time they were putting the story together but am unsure as to weather or not t ever became ts own table top or not. Any one know any thing ?

LOL I do, I was just looking for a Book or two that would have all the mythology and such of Lodoss war

However, the largest continent, Alecrast (often featured in Louie the Rune Soldier) is the main setting. now getting it in english..... there is a wiki on the internet. but translating scans. i dont knnow if you can post that here.

no problem thanks to you i found 2 interesting anime to see. though louie looks like a joke anime. they keep the same lodoss feeling.

there are Several Editions of lodoss wars rpg First one was for the Crossed Swords System, which was really bad and very Vague, as japanese rpgs tend to be. Then WOTC in the late 90s Created D&D Rules Cyclopedia with Lodoss Wars as the Default Setting. That is the best vrsion of the game. Then Mark Arsenault, who later took his project offline, Converted Lodoss Wars into FUZION, with Lodoss Wars Eternal Edition, which you can find online still You can get a good approximation of Lodoss wars with BESM Dark Hearts and Fantasy Supplements, and Savage Worlds Hellfrost. you can still get Lodoss wars online, and artbooks for Lodoss wars, but the Rpg material is rare and hard to get, outside of Eternal Edition
