The system for this campaign was worked on for a year, and i moved over to making the sheet last month so it might seem iffy now, but it'll get better. The system is called True Art and is a system that needs a players idea to work, if you got a character idea this can do it. (Not races though, working on it.) Now if you want to know the setting, you are in a modern city, But magic is real, everyone has it but cannot fully master it, unless you get some intense training from a professional magic-user, which even so the FBI will be on your trail since magic is not as practical, it's used for battling, not self-defense.
