Hello everyone. I've recently gotten my hands on the Silent Legions rpg from Sine Nomine and would very much like to run one or two short adventures to get a feel for the game and the mechanics. For those who may be unaware, Silent Legions is an occult investigation game in the same vein as Call of Cthulhu, but using OSR rules, and with a much greater emphasis on sandbox style play. As such, character creation is very fast and the mechanics are quite easy to get a handle on. However, my experience has been that until one actually plays a game, there are always little quirks that remain hidden. And so, here I am. Ideally, I'd like to get between two to four players. We'd have a session zero for character creation. Please note that because my intent is to run a play test, this is not meant to be an ongoing campaign. I envision one or two adventures with a total of 2 to 4 sessions at the most. I use Skype for voice, but no video. My sessions run for 2 to 3 hours. It's quite rare for them to run any longer. Ideally, we'd begin Sundays no later than noon EST. I'd like character creation to begin this Sunday (April 17th), with the first session taking place the following Sunday.
