Exploding dice not rerolled

Hey! So I'm playing L5R with a few friends and the system is supposed to have both exploding dice and something that lets us reroll 1s. They both work, but we sometime get 11s or 21s, with our d10, which should not be rerolled (since they're not 1s), but they're rerolled and discarded. I've checked and I'm pretty sure there is currently no way of fixing that without going through API, which none in my group can use. Could something be done about it? maybe make the commands be read in the order they're written? (currently "/r 10d10k5!!r1" is the same as "/r 10d10k5r1!!") Or have a new reroll symbol that doesn't reroll exploded dice, like "/r 10d10k5!!re1"?
