Chat issue in specific game

So I've been playing Blades in the dark with a group on roll20 and in the middle of the last session the chat/rolling log stopped updating (I can't see any new entries). Only I have this problem in the group (and only with this group, not any others I play in), and I've tried using both Firefox and Chrome with the same results. I also tried emptying my cache and disabling all extensions which didn't seem to help. Any idea how to resolve this?

Hi Daniel, you should be able to solve this issue by clearing the game chat archive (from the game settings screen rather than on the VTT). This occurs when a roll template breaks something and effectively stops the chat. Please note that you might want to extract the chat (copy/paste into a text programme for example) first if you are wanting to preserve the history. Let us know if this solves it, if not we'll escalate to the next step.
