[5e] [SRD5 Character Sheet] Character Sheet as a TAB in Chrome

Hello, I am DMing a 5e game, and yesterday when I clicked the double-box icon in the top left corner of the SRD5 Character sheet, it opened the character sheet as a separate tab. This was useful when I needed to quickly flip over to the character sheet. Tonight, when I do that, the character sheet opens as a small window that overlays the game map. Is there a reason? Did I do something? I'm not sure if this is a roll20 or a Chrome issue. Thanks for any thoughts. I hope I posted this in the correct forum.

I'm not sure how you were able to do it before, but I know I can use a Chrome Extension to move the popped out window to a tab.  I use Tab Outliner, which lets me drag the tab from the popped out window to the window where my game is.  YMMV.
I'm not sure how I did it before either. I was talking with one of my players, and he couldn't do it. I thought he was just misunderstanding my directions. I'll try your extension. Thanks.
Tab Outliner did the trick. Thanks.

Great!  I use the heck out of that extension.  I have folders for my individual games that I open in prep for a session.  If you plan to use it more, there's a particular rhythm to using it, mainly just remembering to reopen your tabs from the outliner if you restart (Chrome will open them again as a new "window" in outliner, which will be tracked separately).
It's probably because the [Use Window Popouts for Characters] in the [Settings] tab got reset or unchecked or something.  When you get the little roll20 window, you can click on the double-box icon in the top left corner of the character sheet as you said. That'll convert the roll20 window into a Chrome Tab. You can then right click on the top bar of the chrome tab and select "Show as Tab." That'll allow you to click and drag it as a regular Chrome tab and manipulate it as you will.
