LFG Creating a Dragon Ball z System Testing and Ideas.

I have been Bouncing a lot of ideas around in my head about a Dragon Ball z Themed System... As well as a Dark souls System... But that will be for another time . I would like to get a couple People to bounce ideas off from and to help Balance everything With.
