Does purchased content count toward the data limit? If it does, and I need to delete to make space, do I loose complete access to said content?

Marketplace assets are accessed directly from Your Library (or the Art Library search) and do not count towards Your Quota . For more information, check out the Art Library page of the Roll20 Wiki.
