My map tiles have disappeared leaving only objects and tokens

Last night as i was loading my game to continue to build the map my PC lost power before the page fully loaded. Once I restarted my PC and loaded the page all my map tiles are gone with only the objects and tokens left. there are a few my tiles here and there but for the most part the whole map disappeared. 170hrs + wasted. Please tell me there is a way to restore my map.
