Some drawn objects move to the top corner. second time

Draw a map, closed the browser, and a few hours later, this loaded. It seems that some of the objects "jumped". The squars should be in the larger room with the two ramps. But there seems to be other objects missing, or have "jumped" even further off screen. I have made no changes since i logged off. None in roll20, or on my system. Had this happen once before, on the free version. Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Web Browser Chrome 29.0.1547.66 Browser Size 1920 x 955 Color Depth 32 Javascript Yes Flash Version 11.8.800
Read some old posts. think this sounds a bit like it: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/182361/maps-losing-tiles#post-191085

Thank you for reporting this Andrers, this is a known bug that we are trying to trace down. I will add your report to the bug report list. In the meantime, if you need to move any objects that have found themselves in the top left corner but cannot be clicked on you can click on the map and hit Ctrl+A to select the entire layer and move it. If you need help with that let me know. - Gauss

OK, thanks. Hope it gets fixed soon. Guess ill have to hand draw maps for now, and skip out on the lightning. Is there any way to make objects snap to grid when you move them?
This just happened to me on my new D&D Next campaign I'm working on. Logged out last night and they were still in place. Logged in this morning and all the dynamic lighting lines had been shifted to the top left corner.
Were any of the objects that jumped copy+pasted? Or perhaps you used the "undo" command on them? Just trying to see if there are any common patterns.
Also, if this happens again, please get me a console log right after you open the game (so for example, if you load up the game, and notice things have moved, open up your console right away and copy + paste your log into a reply on the forums.) In particular, I need to know if there are lines of "Old style path" showing up, but really the whole thing would be handy to have. I'm also merging all other reports of this bug into this thread. Thanks!
CTRL + SHIFT + J will open the console.

This just happened with my DL layer twice. I noticed it when I went onto the DL layer to apply some new barriers and corrected it. Afterward I went back to the line tool, and it jumped back when I changed color on the tool. The lines which are moving are copied. The console is now repeatedly (now at ~800 instances) displaying the following error about once every second: The page at https://app.roll20.net/editor/ displayed insecure content from http://fms404-oak.tokbox.com/idle/719219300/470 . app.roll20.net/editor/:1 The page at https://app.roll20.net/editor/ displayed insecure content from http://fms404-oak.tokbox.com/idle/719219300/471 . app.roll20.net/editor/:1 The page at https://app.roll20.net/editor/ displayed insecure content from http://fms404-oak.tokbox.com/idle/719219300/472 . app.roll20.net/editor/:1 EDIT: Just happened again when I switched to the draw tool while selecting the drawing. Repeating this has not caused it to move, however. No error in the log.
My console looked normal. Using copy paste a lot,so that could be it.
@Dylan: I wasn't aware that this was happening while folks were actively editing. The original report is for the elements getting moved upon reload (e.g. everything looks fine, then you come back later and it's all moved). Are you saying that you are seeing things moving while you are still in-app? Is anyone else experiencing that behavior as well? We may have two different bugs here.

I have experienced both of those, though it's pretty rare that something moves while I'm looking at it (it basically just teleports to the side like it's snapping to the grid). I have had the DL drawings move every time I load back into the campaign, but only the large, copied ones. Lines I drew directly onto the layer are staying put. It's worth noting that the console error I mentioned before has been occurring across my campaigns regardless of DL use, so it is probably a separate bug.

Dylan, in the case of a drawing moving while you are looking at it, could you indicate what you might have been doing at the time? There are two top left corner drawing bugs that I am aware of: 1) Ocassionally when grouping some types of drawings they can jump into the top left corner. 2) If you grab the middle scaler on a Line the Line will jump to the top left corner and you will be stuck 'grabbing' the line until you refresh. - Gauss

At the time I was adjusting the draw tool, not scaling the drawing. I seem to remember I was changing the color, if that helps. Sorry I don't remember more details.

Thank you for the information Dylan. - Gauss
I'm still hearing occasionally that this is happening to folks. My attempts to reproduce this reliably so I can fix it have so far failed. Anyone have a map or set of steps where they can see this happening a high percentage of the time? To recap, basically sometimes drawings seem to be moving to the top-left corer of the screen upon reload. My *guess* is that this has something to do with the mass-select tool (e.g. when you move or rotate more than one object at once). But I could be wrong. Any insight by folks who have seen this happen to them would be appreciated.

Step one: draw a map layer pannel step two, draw some things over that solid panel. Step three, draw things on token layer, above the previous drawings. Step four: move things left and right, also between layers until they are teleported into the top left corner. Observations: things seem to be rooted in the bottom right corner, which is what causes so much issue when they are transported to the top left corner, as much of the data leaves the canvas and is lost to some degree. this is some thing i can say has happened to me ten times today alone.

Random Spark, you can grab things that have been shoved off-map using the following steps. 1) Double your Page Size (to give yourself some extra room to maneuver) 2) Click on the layer that has the objects shoved off-map. 3) Hit Ctrl+A (select All) 4) Move the group of objects so that the objects off the map return. 5) Rearrange the objects to taste. 6) Return your Page Size back to normal. I apologize for this bug hitting you 10 times today. I have some questions about your steps. What is a "pannel"? I am assuming it is a Drawings "Shape". I was not able to replicate the bug using your directions. Could you provide a video? - Gauss
