Hello, my friend and I are looking for a dm/moderator that would be interested in making a custom-made system to host a wargame between me and him, where we'd be two countries fighting each other in a war where he's the aggressor. We'd want the sides be relatively equal so it's more of a question of skill/luck than simply better equipment. We'd like to keep it low-scale so that the battles are relatively small (about 100 men on each battlemap), but the overall would be much larger (several armies moving around the map etc.). If you have other ideas, let us know, we'd like to know how to make this work. We'd also want you to run/moderate the game so that it's fair.
