Artwork has disappeared

Over the past couple of weeks I can no longer view upload artwork, mine or anybody else's? I can't see maps, avatars, or any piece of artwork that has been uploaded. Attached is a screenshot of an example. This gradually happen with a few pieces at a time, but now I can't see anything but text. I've cleaned the cache and registry, and it still doesn't work. This is my system. Please help.

Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache I know you indicate you cleared it once already but after trying steps 1 and 2, give it another try please. If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

This looks like it might be an issue with your pc connection, since it's happening in both FF and Chrome and not on your phone. Quick question about your phone connection, when you test this were you connected to your wifi or using cell carrier data? If you have any available, could you test this on another device on the same network as your computer? Like a different laptop or tablet. I'm trying to figure out if this is an issue with your pc specifically or an issue with your internet connection.

I tested both at home. My phone is obviously on my wifi, and my laptop is actually plugged into my router. My phone is an Android btw. Unfotunately, I don't have another device to test it on. This is only happening on Roll20.

Okay, I think there is something on your laptop that is blocking your connection to our image host, amazonaws. Do you have an anti-virus running on your computer? If you do, try disabling it temporarily and see if the images will load.&nbsp;

It looks like Avast Antivirus is the culprit. I didn't consider it, because I'm also running Avast on my phone. It seems that Roll20 has returned to normal since I deactivated Avast, but now I don't have any antivirus. Do you have a list of compatibility?

See if setting Roll20 as an&nbsp; exception will help? It should allow you to have your antivirus cake and eat it too :)
