I'm kinda sad no one caught my Aliens reference during the game, with name like Burk, how could I not use lines from the movie? As a side note, the race that created the Aliens are the Mala'kak in the movies, however, I'm betting John went old school for the name and changed malakh (Hebrew for messenger/angel) for the god here.

IMO when it comes to doing voices, just do impressions of famous people. Even if it doesn't sound like the famous person who you are trying to emulate, it will sound different enough from other voices you do, and give it life.
