Not sure if this has been suggested before, but how about a personal calendar that shows upcoming games. When ever a gm puts a date/time in it could populate on all those that are members of that campaign. It could be on your profile or something. If a gm sets the game as weekly or biweekly or (first Monday of month) or whatever..it can be listed several weeks out on the personal calendar.
