20 Point Buy, Pathfinder Corebook, Cleric or Paladin (a Cleric would be preferred), Level 2 with zero XP, Max Hitpoints at Level 1, at Level 2, 1/2 a hit dice + 1 + Con Bonus or Penalty, normal equipment bought for free, starting gold equal to your CHARISMA score.
