Can't find a group I corresponded with

I posted somewhere  yesterday, and I believe it was in the Looking for Group section of the site, but maybe it was in the same-named part of the forum. I got a notification this morning (on site, not via email) that they wanted me to roll a character. I can't for the life of me find it now and the notification is gone.  I'm pretty technical (it's my job) so I don't think I'm dumb about this stuff... but maybe I am. Where on earth can I find those notifications again?

If they sent it in a pm then go to the top right corner where your name is and click on it to find the private message menu. It would there. If it was a post then go to your profile and look for your postings or replies (i think) called view topic or view replies.

Probably best to check your email?  Alternately, you can go to your profile (upper right of screen, 'Welcome, Aaron', click, my profile, click).  then, on the left side of that screen, try 'View replies' (right under your avatar).  Hopefully you can locate something there.  Sadly, I don't think replies in the looking-for-group utility work (although it does tend to show them if you went to the forum.  Some of this may have changed.) Anyways, good luck.
Found it. Sigh. That was a challenge. Thank you, everyone.

Aaron , could you elaborate how it was difficult for you to find the message you needed to find? Any details you give would be helpful.  - Gauss
I knew it was Monday. I just looked at all the Monday games and went one by one until I found it. :\ Trial and error. There's not even a search feature.

Aaron , I'm not sure I understand.  I understood that the game is monday, so you looked at the Monday games. What I'm not understanding is that there is not a search feature. There is a feature that lets you do a keyword search for games. Were you wanting to perform some other search? - Gauss
I figured that would be "tags" and not really true search.

Ahhh no, it is a keyword search, not a tag search. Sorry about the confusion there. :) Additionally, as other's have stated, you can go through your message history in your profile to find previous threads you have posted in.  - Gauss
