Voice Chat stopped working.

In middle of a game now and a party member was having trouble with the voice chat, couldn't read any of us only him self. I tried refreshing to see if it would sync me to him and I now have the same problem. Tried doing all the common fixes but nothing for either of us.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. Let's carefully work through Steps 1 through 8 of the Roll20 guide to Audio Visual Troubleshooting : You stated you did all the other steps so try step 8 then if that does not work, move on the next steps. Step 1: Make sure you’re using the most recent version of either Chrome or Firefox Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Give Roll20 permission to use your microphone and camera Step 3: Make sure Video and Voice are turned on inside Roll20 Step 4: Clear your Web Browser’s Cache Step 5: Make sure you have the right ports open Step 6: Check if your camera is working with WebRTC Step 7: Check that your camera is functioning Step 8: Do a bandwidth test If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 9 : Step 9: Solving Technical Issues Step 9.2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 9.4: Provide a bug report Please ensure that the Console Log is complete. Thank you! ---EDIT--- According to  pingdom , we have a couple servers having problems at the moment so you might be located on one of them.
This happened Saturday night to my game, but resolved after a few minutes. It went through several users in the NE U.S.

If none of the other things or time fix these issues, your best bet is to try a different browser. Chrome's most recent update (v50) caused a ton of issues with WebRTC (the tech we use for voice chat). Some of these issues didn't show up right away, I know mine was working fine up until today then randomly stopped working. Switching to Firefox fixed it for me. You can also download the beta version of Chrome (v51), because they've fixed most of these issues already. The next update should officially come out some time in the next week or 2, hopefully.
i too have recently started having lots of voice chat issues with players from all over. I have really good cable internet, and it seems to effect random people at random times.
In our last session, one player started to lose the audio of the rest of us one at a time until he could only hear two of the seven players. I'm not sure what to make of it.

The issues are continuing to pop up with WebRTC, I don't know how but they seem to be multiplying. Starting just last week, tabs that were using WebRTC (one in Roll20 and one in appear.in, it's also happened while just on appear.in so it's not a Roll20-specific issue) would simultaneously crash completely. Down to the Chrome "something broke" screen, both at the exact same time. Hopefully when the next Chrome patch comes out, it will fix these issues. Until then, if you are having these issues I suggest using Firefox at least until the next Chrome patch drops.
